Dr. Hannah Fox and her husband, Chris, have two young boys, Elijah and Ezra. Having lived in the Sacramento area their whole lives, they are passionate about helping the community through their work.

Do you take my insurance?
We are an unrestricted (out of network) provider for most insurance plans. We can bill any PPO insurance plan and will work with you to help maximize your benefits. We are currently in network with Delta Dental PPO with plans to be an unrestricted (out of network) provider starting in 2026.
